Women spend 50% of life in peri and post menopausal state. More often than not, Menopause is a taboo subject and is a silent struggle for a lot of women. We wanted to do something with our talented peers to bring the conversation to the fore. That’s why we put our hands up to get involved with “Let’s Talk Menopause” - a discussion panel and informative event designed to unwrap why menopause can seem so confusing. We’re keen to talk the relatable talk, from dry vaginas to food and nutrition. How we can help you prepare your body to maximise your health and wellbeing for the second half of life.

To date we have held three in-person and one online event, featuring a powerhouse of a panel:
