Genital health, particularly during menopause, has been under-discussed for too long, leaving women in the dark about their symptoms. Now that there’s Nu, women are not only provided with relief from their symptoms but also a platform for information and resources to shine some light on their own wonderful bodies.

Whether it’s due to menopause, childbirth and breastfeeding, a yeast infection or a chronic skin condition, the majority of women will experience vaginal dryness and discomfort at some point in their lives, and unsurprisingly these symptoms can have a wide-ranging impact on physical health, self-esteem and relationships.

Gynaecologist Dr. Olivia Smart and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist Niamh Clerkin see these symptoms at their clinics on a daily basis. Together co-founder Tessa Kain, they created a beautiful natural product that most women can use freely — either alongside prescribed treatments — or as an alternative.

We are helping women to take control of their bodies and to understand that many symptoms do not have to be endured - they can be quickly and easily treated.
